Missing a virtual machine component
-
I cannot run IP Camera Viewer on my PC since it underwent a Windows 11 update (to v 24H2)
I get an error message that says "The application was unable to load a required virtual machine component"Is there anything that I can do? Will you be updating your software to handle this problem?
I have checked this issue on the web and it appears that it is happening more and more as people's PC's are updated. But there do not seem to be any solutions.

The 24H2 update in Windows 11 introduced a new Virtualization security update (VBS) that blocks software virtualization in applications like IP Camera Viewer and Security Monitor Pro. We have a small app that will turn off the setting that prevents the software from running. You can download it here:
https://deskshare.com/download/DisableVirtualizationBlocker.exe
After running the app, you will need to reboot your PC and IP Camera Viewer will operate again.
