Is there a way to view my webcams over the internet using WebCam Monitor?

Yes, WebCam Monitor can broadcast your USB webcams live over the internet.

Turn on broadcasting in WebCam Monitor and you will be able to view your cameras from a PC, Android, or iOS device remotely.
