I want to receive an email every 5 minutes during the day

I want to receive an email with a photo captured from my webcam every 5 minutes, but only during the day time. I am not familiar with WebCam Monitor, please give me some help on this.

It is easy to configure email notifications with photos in WebCam Monitor.
Add your webcam or edit existing webcam and select the regular interval option from the Quick Access. By default the interval value is set for 5 minutes. Select the email notification action and fill in the details on the email settings dialog. Test the settings by clicking the test button to send an email.
To complete the configuration, add a schedule to run the monitoring action during the day time hours. You can add a daily or weekly schedule.
