I want to keep an eye on my elderly aunt when I am at work. She is sick and I want to get regular updates on her activities. Is it possible to use WebCam Monitor for this purpose?

Yes, you can easily set up WebCam Monitor for keeping a watch on your loved ones. In your case, I think you should use the Email notifications with motion detection. The email notification will let you know when there is any movement, and also contain a photo of the movement.
