Converting audio and video to play on the Samsung E2370 phone

Is there a profile for Samsung E2370?
If you do not have a profile for it, what the video and audio parameters should be set for this phone? -

For the Samsung E2370 XCover you should convert video to a MP4 with 160x128 resolution. Audio should be MP3 or AAC format.
